Cerritos College sophomore Tyler Simpson won the women's 800-meter title in 2:11.26 at the California Community College Athletic Association State Championships at Bakersfield College. Simpson also anchored the Falcons to a runner-up finish in the 4x400 relay in 3:52.89, helping Cerritos place second overall with 152 points.
