Lenaya Griffin and Chelsey Woodson took the top two spots in the women's 400 meters in 55.74 and 56.14, along with contributing to victory in the 4x400 relay in 3:45.23 at the California Community College Athletic Association State Championships at Bakersfield College. Woodson also ran on the winning 4x100 relay in 46.46 and placed sixth in the 200 in 25.60 to help the Mounties win their first title since 2014 with 169.5 points.
