El Camino College sophomore Jasher Foster, a transfer from Mt. SAC, won the men's 110-meter hurdles title in 14.11 seconds and placed fifth in the 400 hurdles in 52.94 at the California Community College Athletic Association State Championships at Bakersfield College.
