American River College sophomore Andrea Stark won the women's 100-meter hurdles title in 14.19 seconds, along with contributing to a runner-up finish in the 4x100 relay in 47.69 and a ninth-place result in the 4x400 relay in 4:14.04 at the California Community College Athletic Association State Championships at Bakersfield College.
